If there is anything you are wondering about regarding our terms and conditions, please reach us by filling out the contact form that you will find here.
It is important that the customer knows what they are ordering before placing orders. Read the product descriptions very carefully. The customer cannot claim a refund or cancel a purchase because the customer is dissatisfied that the product was not what the customer thought.
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when Boostamig.se confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by Boostamig.se.
By using our services, you agree not to hold us responsible for suspended accounts, deleted images, video uploads, comments or other services delivered. No refunds are issued in these cases either.
All services come from global accounts. We cannot therefore guarantee that the customer will receive followers, likes or any other service from any specific country.
Prices include VAT of 25% for orders within the EU. In case of confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond the Boostamig.se. For example, material currency changes or changes in VAT. No handling costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
Orders will be delivered within 5 business days. This also applies to express delivery products. This also applies to autolikes as each new upload becomes a new "order" hence likes/views can take up to 5 days to complete.
We reserve the right for all inventory to be sold out before we can update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time.
Boostamig has no way of stopping an already started delivery.
We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we guarantee that the customer will receive the amount of followers the customer has ordered. We also cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we offer our best estimate for when your order will be delivered. If the customer makes parallel orders from other suppliers to the same destination, the customer risks not being delivered the entire order, as we measure the number before and after.
3. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Boostamig.se delivers digital products and is classified as a service that cannot be returned as it is a so-called direct consumption. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal or open purchase after an order has started to be delivered or is delivered.
If you want to make a complaint about a purchase because you have lost followers from us, for example, you should do so within 14 days. A complaint will not result in a refund, but we will deliver the lost followers to you.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
Refunds are made via Swish or to your debit card. The amount will always be refunded to the same account used in the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
We reserve the right to change prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, misspellings or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.
7. Advertising and Marketing
By making a purchase or registering an account with Boostamig.se, the customer agrees that Boostamig.se may send direct mail in the form of SMS and Email to the customer.
